At Biolectric, we put our people first because we believe they are crucial to our success.
Working at Biolectric means being part of a dynamic team, where you will work with knowledgeable colleagues who have experience at prestigious organisations such as Lely, Accenture, New Holland, McKinsey, Ernst & Young and many more.
You get practical experience, the freedom to take initiatives, you can learn from exceptionally talented colleagues, have access to a library of resources for personal development, and the chance to learn new skills or languages!
We offer the opportunity to work remotely if you live in Belgium and to adjust your work schedule to your needs.
You will send us your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a short motivation, explaining why you would like to work with us and why you think there is a match with our company. Your resume will be evaluated along with those of the other candidates. If your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you. If this is not the case, you get an explanation of which area the match is missing.
The initial contact is by telephone. You will meet briefly with the person in charge of HR who may then invite you for an initial interview in the company.
This interview will introduce you to our company. This is the chance to get to know each other better and clarify each other’s wishes. Remember that this conversation is a two-way street: the goal is for us to discover together whether there is a match with our company and whether the job content could bring you satisfaction.
We think a match between you and Biolectric is incredibly important. If the interview with HR went well, in certain cases we will invite you for a second interview. This allows you to better accommodate the culture. During this interview, we will delve deeper into professional and possibly technical knowledge.
The final step is a visit to a customer or installation to get a better feel for our product. We regularly organize a practical test. That one is important in determining whether you will like the job. You can learn about Biolectric’s daily operations that way.
At the final stage, some practical matters are discussed: such as start-up date, practical arrangements for the training period, salary and fringe benefits. You will be able to get to know all the departments inside Biolectric thanks to our structured onboarding that we organize tailored to your new position.
Want to do a summer internship, write a thesis together or be part of our team during the academic year?
An internship with us offers you the perfect opportunity to gain valuable work experience, put your knowledge into practice and work with our driven team. Together for more sustainable agriculture.
At Biolectric, we are open to learning together. We expect a minimum commitment of 20 working days from you.
In any of our teams, we can look with you at what the possibilities are.
This can be done in Temse (Belgium), but also in one of our markets worldwide. From Italy to Japan. See you soon!
